At Medixiva, we believe comfort and care should go hand in hand — for you and for the world around us. To reduce unnecessary transport, excess storage, and packaging waste, we ship products directly from our fulfilment partners.

It may take a little longer for your order to arrive, but this approach helps us reduce waste and keep our prices fair.

ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins once your order is confirmed.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

SHIPPING COSTS

Most Medixiva products ship free of charge unless otherwise stated at checkout. Any applicable shipping costs will always be clearly shown before you complete your purchase.

Larger or bulkier items
7–12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or public holidays. While we do our best to deliver on time, Medixiva cannot be held responsible for delays caused by external shipping providers.

FULFILMENT LOCATION

Orders are shipped directly from our fulfilment partners and logistics centres to ensure efficient delivery with reduced environmental impact.

ADDRESS ACCURACY

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. Medixiva cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.

If an order is returned due to an address error, we will refund the product cost only. Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable. A new order may be placed with the correct address.
