All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Processing begins once your order has been confirmed.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information.

Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details by email. Tracking links may take 24–72 hours to update after shipment.

Orders may ship directly from our fulfilment partners and logistics centres. This helps us process orders efficiently and avoid unnecessary storage or extra handling.
That allows us to offer design-led pet products at fairer prices, without pushing every item through unnecessary warehouse steps.
Address Accuracy +-
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. OliveBrick cannot be held responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete address information.
If an order is returned because of an address error, we may refund the product cost only. Shipping fees, if applicable, are non-refundable.
Delays, Customs & Local Carriers +-
We do our best to make sure your order arrives smoothly. However, delays can happen due to customs processing, local carriers, public holidays, weather conditions, or other external factors.
