Return Policy.
OliveBrick is an Amsterdam-based pet design studio. Your home is the real test. If your OliveBrick product does not noticeably improve the flow of your home, your routine, or the calm of your pet, you may request a return within 30 days.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery.
- You may carefully try the product at home, but it must be clean, undamaged, and in good returnable condition.
- Original packaging should be included where possible.
- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect.
- Please do not send anything back before receiving our confirmation and return instructions.

Our products are developed or selected to improve real pet life at home: calmer routines, better-looking spaces, and more harmony in the home.
If your product does not fit your home, routine, or pet, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. The item must be clean, undamaged, and in good returnable condition. Heavy use, stains, odors, excessive pet hair, or damage may mean the return cannot be accepted.
Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@olivebrick.com.

Once verified, we will offer a replacement, repair, or refund depending on the situation.
How to Start a Return
Complete the return form below. After review, we will email you the next steps and, if approved, the correct return address.
Please do not send any item back before receiving our confirmation. Unauthorized returns may be delayed or refused.
Exchanges
We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please start a return request first. Once approved, you can place a new order.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow up to 10 business days for your bank or payment provider to process it.
Consumer Rights
Nothing in this policy limits your legal rights. You may be entitled to a remedy if your item is faulty, not as described, or does not meet acceptable quality standards.
